Combolands Achievements: Guild and Rank Checklist

Map the official 21-achievement count to the public guild, pairing, and rank evidence without inventing hidden achievement names or unreleased conditions.

What the public checklist establishes

The official Steam store lists 21 achievements. The public achievement page used for this edition exposes guild-victory wording, rank-victory wording, milestones for all 21 guild combinations, and two hidden entries. That is enough to build a useful progress checklist, but not enough to reverse-engineer every hidden condition.

The same public page cross-checks the seven guild labels and ten rank labels used elsewhere on this site. It is public-stat evidence rather than a developer-authored compendium, so this page keeps its wording cautious and does not rename or decode hidden achievements.

A practical checklist

TrackWhat you can recordEvidence boundary
Guild winsWhich of the seven public guild labels has a recorded victoryThe source does not establish a best guild or a universal route
Rank winsThe rank label shown with a victoryExact thresholds and hidden requirements stay open
Combination coverageProgress toward the public all-21-combinations milestoneThe milestone does not explain how each pairing behaves
Regent combination coverageProgress toward the public Regent/all-21 milestoneDifficulty wording is public; a strategy guide still needs its own evidence
Hidden entriesKeep two hidden achievements marked as hiddenDo not infer names or conditions from icons alone

Record achievements after—not during—a messy run

After a victory, capture the displayed rank, the two guilds used, the difficulty shown, and the achievement notification if one appears. Then mark the run in a small local checklist. If Steam unlocks something later, record the delay instead of assuming the last placement caused it.

This is especially useful when comparing guilds and progression. The public achievement wording can tell you what to track, while the run notes preserve the context that the achievement page does not show.

Avoid common checklist errors

  • Do not count a guild label as a completed win unless the run actually ended with that label’s achievement or a clearly recorded victory.
  • Do not treat “all 21 combinations” as a claim that every pairing is equally strong.
  • Do not merge demo-era unlock notes into the current checklist without a version label.
  • Do not fill the two hidden rows with guessed names, rewards, or requirements.

For the full public label sets, see guilds and ranks. For update-sensitive achievement behaviour, check updates before treating a missing unlock as a bug.
